Children's Cultural Center of Bucks CountyHave you ever been to the Children's Cultural Center of Bucks County?

Thanks to Jackie Liney, this beautiful facility was established in 1990 and has extended its arms to more than 24,000 young people in Bucks County.

Otherwise known as CCC, the group has taught the value of preserving their hometown's historical and cultural heritage to Bucks County's youth.

These programs include "Workshops On Wheels" which goes from classroom to classroom to enhance the social studies curriculum from preschoolers to 6th graders. Students get to learn more about topics such as dinosaur fossils and evolution in a more interactive environment.

"High Tech Teens" is a project that revolves around narrowing the digital divide, enhancing access to learning essential educational and employment skills.

And the "Student Volunteer" program is all about giving children ages 11-18 the the opportunity to learn responsibility while having fun with others their own age.

These are just a few of the many activities that will aim to keep our kids on the right track.

Check it out and see if your kids will join you... don't tell them they'll "learn" something if they go, just let them enjoy the process and let learning be the unsuspecting result! :)

Have a great week,

Gail
