Hi there and thanks for inquiring about my services. My name is Gail Nagele-Hopkins and I'm pleased to help you get to know me a little better!
There’s often a fine line between giving you the information that you want to know about my ability to help you, and me simply patting myself on the back and outright bragging.
All “bragging” aside, I want to personally let you know that my clients are gold to me and nothing takes priority over getting them from “Point A” to “Point B” as quickly and as smoothly as possible.
Would you say that all real estate brokers are alike? I certainly hope not.
What it boils down to is people, or rather the individual person, and the utmost professionalism and straightforward honesty that they bring to the table in being able to help you get your new home bought or your current home sold.
So, what do I bring to the table for you?
Apart from all the "certifications", "credentials” and a ton of awards hanging on my wall that I’m sure you have no interest in hearing about (that was a little bit of bragging, wasn’t it?), I bring what I would consider even more important, and that is:
• “Native” Knowledge of the region from living in the Bucks County area my entire life,
• “Hands-on Experience” in matching my clients’ needs to all of the different choices available to them in this very diverse county, and the

A large portion of my clients are repeat customers. If there ever comes a time when a past client needs to either move-up to a bigger home, downsize to a smaller space, or make a lateral move, thankfully my name comes to mind as the one to help them do it. The confidence that my clients have in me is not something that I take for granted, let me assure you. I truly enjoy the experience of sharing in the continuum of someone's life.
Relocation for both Corporate and non-Corporate Individuals is an important part of my job as a very active member of our nationally-recognized Relocation and Referral Team. I am certified on many levels of helping people either buy or sell their homes due to relocation. This “Relo” group of clients has special urgency requirements that take on a life of their own at times. They need someone highly experienced and adept at handling all of the necessary details for those relocating both from within the United States and from abroad.
As I speak Spanish and can also “make my way” in German, I have had incredible success in bridging the cultural gap for those relocating to our little corner of the world.
Bucks County is quite diverse in its demographics having lots of single professionals, students and families with young children, as well as the “more mature” crowd having found where the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow lies… in Bucks County! I work extensively with the active adult communities of folks over the age of 55 and find great pleasure in assisting this growing population.
My university and graduate studies at University of Pennsylvania and Bryn Mawr College led to a degree in Archaeology and Anthropology, which explains my passion for historic homes. This fascination has led me to live in and restore several historic homes personally and therefore, gives me the opportunity to share this knowledge with my clients who are interested in purchasing either an updated antique home or a “fixer-upper”, taking it from being neglected to being nurtured.
I have also spent several years on the new construction side of the fence, working for one of the leading homebuilders in the area. Needless to say, this background has given me invaluable expertise in new home construction in this area for anyone who is planning to take this route.
And lastly, I have had the pleasure of working with several different investors who know how to spot a great deal and have capitalized on it within Bucks County. Even now, in this “challenged” housing market, there are many opportunities for investors to purchase and re-sell homes. Knowing and matching the needs of this empowered group has been exciting and fun, to say the least.
